Dan began his journey into the world of cheese in 2013 and has worked in many facets of the cheese industry since, including retail cheese counters, advocacy, and wholesale distribution. As a Certified Cheese Professional (CCP) recognized by the American Cheese Society, Dan is passionate about championing small producers of artisanal cheese and cured meat from the US and abroad.
